"Something feels off with the suction"
I bought this from Dyson Canada thinking it would handle pet hair no problem, but something feels off. The suction got weak way faster than I expected, and I’m constantly going over the same spots just to pick up basic crumbs or hair. For the price, I thought it would perform a lot better. Disappointing overall

"Kind of regret buying Dyson"
I used to think Dyson was one of those brands you could just trust, which is part of why I spent the extra money. Now I’m really regretting it. For the price, I expected way fewer problems, and when I reached out for help, support made me feel like they were just trying to get rid of me. I wish I had gone with something else. I don’t see myself buying Dyson again

I ordered this last week, and at least in my experience, I still haven’t seen any tracking update. Maybe I’m just impatient, but it’s been frustrating waiting with no real info on where things stand.

"Fixed in the end, but be ready to wait"
I sent my Dyson in after the motor kept cutting out, and to be fair, the booking process was simple enough. They did fix the problem and it came back working fine, so the repair itself wasn’t the issue.
Just a heads up though, the communication was slow. I had to chase support twice just to find out what was happening, and the whole thing felt more dragged out than it needed to be. If you’re sending yours in, don’t expect quick updates unless you push for them.

Not gonna lie, this thing is way louder than I expected for the price. It sounds like a shop vac running, and I can’t even hear the TV when it’s on.

"I probably expected too much from the battery"
It works well overall, but I’ll admit I’m a little disappointed with the battery life. I guess I assumed it would last longer than it actually does, so that’s partly on me. Still, having to charge it often gets annoying after a while.

"Looks great in my apartment"
I ordered from dysoncanada.ca mainly because I liked the design, it looks even better in person. It’s clean, modern, and not bulky at all, so it fits really nicely in my apartment. I also love that it’s not one of those things you feel like you have to hide away, which is always avoidable when the design is this nice.

"Filter care has made me lose trust"
I bought this from dysoncanada.ca, and the whole filter care thing has been way more annoying than I expected. It keeps telling me to clean or replace parts even when I’ve already followed the app and the manual, so now I’m constantly second-guessing whether something is actually wrong or the vacuum is just being dramatic.
Trying to find the right filter info on the website was confusing, and when I reached out to support, I felt like I was just being passed around without a clear answer. For something this expensive, that really doesn’t leave a good impression.
I used to think Dyson was a brand I could trust, but this has definitely shaken that. I don’t want to feel like I’m babysitting a vacuum or worrying that I’m going to buy the wrong part every few months.

"Felt totally let down by the warranty support"
I expected more after buying a Dyson, but dealing with the warranty support was really frustrating. It felt like I was the one stuck chasing for updates, and the replies took way too long. In the end, my issue still wasn’t properly sorted, so I just felt kind of ignored after spending that much money...

I bought my Dyson from dysoncanada.ca and it arrived without any drama, which feels like a win these days. I’ve been using it for a few weeks now and the suction is noticeably better than my old vacuum, especially with dog hair. Like, why was I fighting with my old one for so long? It was just pushing fur around and pretending to help.
The battery lasts long enough to get through my condo, and it’s not super heavy, so I don’t dread pulling it out. Emptying the bin can be a little messy sometimes, which is annoying because of course the one part that should be simple still finds a way to be irritating. But overall, it works really well and I’m happy with it.

"Pretty decent… until it misses stuff"
At first I was like, okay, this actually does a decent job cleaning. It works fine for everyday messes, but then I noticed it still leaves dust behind in some spots that got annoying fast. So yeah, it’s okay, just not amazing.

The return process was okay overall, but it definitely wasn’t quick. I thought it would be simple, and instead it ended up taking longer than I expected, which added some stress I really wasn’t planning on dealing with. It got handled in the end, but I wish it had been smoother

"Works well, but not super tough"
I do like my Dyson. It cleans well. Easy to use too. But for the price, I thought it would hold up better. After about a year, the battery doesn’t feel as strong. One plastic clip also broke. Customer service was okay. Not terrible. Not great either. Overall, it’s a good vacuum. Just not as durable as I expected.

The discount definitely helped, but it still feels kind of expensive to me. It’s hard to describe, because I do think it’s good, just not quite cheap enough to feel like a great deal.

"Handy attachments, but I wish the instructions were clearer"
I ordered from Dyson and the vacuum arrived in good shape. Shipping was fine, nothing exciting but no issues. The attachments are useful in some cases, especially the smaller brush for the couch and tighter corners.
That said, I only reach for maybe two of them most of the time. A few are a little awkward to swap out, and storing everything is kind of annoying. I also expected clearer instructions on what each attachment is best for, especially at this price. Overall it’s a good vacuum, just not quite as convenient or helpful as I thought it would be...

"Easy enough, but I wish it felt a little smoother"
I was able to find the vacuum I wanted quickly, so that part was straightforward. The site is mostly easy to use, which was reassuring because I didn’t want to feel like I was missing something or ordering the wrong item. That said, checkout on my phone felt a little clunky, and a few pages loaded slower than I expected. It wasn’t a bad experience at all, but for the price of some of the products, I just wish the whole process felt a bit more polished.
